WARRANTY QUALIFICATION
A buyer may use the warranty if the product has missing parts, battery defect, LCD screen defect, earphones defect, hardware malfunctioning, and program malfunction.
 

WARRANTY PROCEDURE
We highly recommend you to contact our support team first. The support team will be available through E-mail. They will be able to help you check if the product is in fact defective. The support team will guide you through steps to take in order to fix the problem. If problem persists, they will advice you on steps to take. All products have a 3 months to one year limited warranty depending on the product. Please contact your seller for a RMA process.  All refunds and replacements must also go through the sellers.


WARRANTY FORFEITURE
This warranty does not apply if the product is returned without an invoice.  Warranty is discontinued if serial number and product stickers have been removed.  Warranty does not cover negligence, cosmetic damage, improper use, improper maintenance, improper voltage supple, and modification of product, any acts of God (flood, fire, etc.), self repair or repair done by anyone other than an authorized Fuji-labs technician/facility.
